Hana is a bay area native born in Oakland who has lived all over the country exploring food and different regional fare. In true “California Cuisine” fashion she loves to draw on these experiences and play with the fusion of different cooking styles. She doesn’t believe in rules, except for those tried and true ones like ‘salt your pasta water”. For her, the joy of cooking is in the infinite combination of ingredients, in the experimentation and endless possibilities.
